This s a mix of training log, nutrition ideas, and excercise tips and plans. None of this is rocket science or some sort of new "secret tip for weight loss." It's just hard work, planning, and intelligent choices. Common sense your grand parents might call it. In a world that seems increasingly less like it knows what that term means.
I have a special passion for helping people who live on the road (like me) as they try to balance a crazy life style with a desire to better themselves. I don't think there is a right way to do this, just your way that works for your life. This isn't about me having "the anwser."
